Instructions for filling the Registration Form

Please read this page completely and understand it before clicking the button at the bottom of the page which will take you to the first screen of the form.

• This is an electronic registration form for ICSE Classes 6 to 8.
• Once the initial details are entered on the first screen, an OTP and registration link will be sent to the provided email id. Click on the link received and enter the six-digit OTP to access the form and continue the process of application.
• Each form will be issued a unique Registration Number after the acceptance of the form. Kindly note the unique registration number or take a print out of the Receipt Page. This serves as a record to know the status of your application and for any further correspondence.
• The registration form will refresh while it retrieves dynamic data from our database.
• Do not press the ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or the mouse control for the same.
• After completing the application form, kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM button.
• To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.
• Mandatory fields are marked. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
• Please enter your email id correctly as you will receive further communication on this id.
• When a user selects values in some List box & radio buttons, the registration form will refresh for retrieving the data from the database. Till refreshing process is completed the user should not enter or select any data in the registration form as it may lead to loss of entered /selected data.
• Please note that when you have slow internet connection the registration form appearance, refreshing of the form and submission of completed forms may take some time. Please be patient.
• Please have a soft copy of a photograph of the child and parents ready to be attached while filling up the form (jpeg and jpg file extensions only and image file size should not exceed 150 kb)
• The options for third language are French, Spanish and Sanskrit.

Other Attachments required:

• Photographs of student and parents (JPG and JPEG extensions only. Size should not exceed 150 kb)
• Recommendation from Head of School (if non-TSRS student) (only doc / pdf files allowed)
• Previous year’s school report - for all applicants. (i.e., if the student is currently in class 5, please attach the final term report of class 4.)
• A scanned copy of student's Passport with Passport number, to be uploaded (for Foreign National only)
• A scanned copy of the Court Letter giving custody to a parent in case parents are divorced, to be uploaded.

When part of the ICSE at TSRS:

For middle school (6 to 8)

Students will have to study English, Hindi, French/Spanish/Sanskrit, History & Civics, Geography, Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology), Mathematics, Art, Computer Studies and Robotics / Design & Technology.  They will participate in Yoga/Zumba, Performing Arts and  Sports and go on trips with the rest of the form.

There will be regular, continuous comprehensive evaluation (topic tests and assignments) to assess students’ progress.
