Application forms for CI Class 6 (2025-2026) will be available online 10:00 AM onwards on 06th November, 2024.

Last date of submission: 6:00 PM on 20th November 2024

Parents will be informed regarding the admission of their ward into the Cambridge curriculum at TSRS, latest by 31st January 2025. 

Kindly note that filling up this form does not automatically guarantee admission.

Instructions for filling the Registration Form

Please read this page completely and understand it before clicking the button at the bottom of the page which will take you to the first screen of the form.

  • The form is fully tested to work using Mozilla Firefox / Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge. Other browsers may not work correctly or provide you with the best experience 
  • This is an electronic registration form for CI Class 6.
  • Once the initial details are entered on the first screen, an OTP and registration link will be sent to the provided email id. Click on the link received and enter the six digit OTP to access the form and continue the process of application.
  • Each form will be issued a unique Registration Number after the acceptance of the form. Kindly note the unique registration number or take a print out of the Receipt Page. This serves as a record to know the status of your application and for any further correspondence.
  • The registration form will refresh while it retrieves dynamic data from our database.
  • Do not press the ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or the mouse control for the same.
  • After completing the application form kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM button.
  • To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.
  • Mandatory fields are marked. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
  • Please enter your email id correctly as you will receive further communication on this id.
  • When a user selects values in some List box & radio buttons, the registration form will refresh for retrieving the data from the database. Till refreshing process is completed the user should not enter or select any data in the registration form as it may lead to loss of entered /selected data.
  • Please note that when you have slow internet connection the registration form appearance, refreshing of the form and submission of completed forms may take some time. Please be patient.
  • The option for third language is French, Spanish and Sanskrit.


Other Attachments required:

  • Photographs of student and parents (JPG and JPEG extensions only. Size should not exceed 150 kb)
  • Recommendation from Head of School (if non-TSRS student) (only doc / pdf files allowed)
  • Previous year’s school report - for all applicants. (i.e., if the student is currently in class 5, please attach the final term report of class 4.)
  • A scanned copy of student's Passport with Passport number, to be uploaded (for Foreign National only)
  • A scanned copy of the Court Letter giving custody to a parent in case parents are divorced, to be uploaded.
  • A scanned copy of the Birth Certificate for non- TSRS students.
  • A scanned copy of the student’s Aadhaar card.
  • A scanned copy of the student’s residence proof for non- TSRS students.
  • A scanned copy of the adoption deed for non- TSRS students.

When part of the Cambridge Lower Secondary at TSRS:

Students will have to study English, Hindi, French/Spanish/Sanskrit, History, Geography, Science, Mathematics, Global Perspectives, Art, Theatre & ICT. Students will participate in Yoga, Performing Arts, Sports and go for trips with the rest of the form.

There will be regular continuous comprehensive evaluation (topic tests and assignments) to assess students’ progress.
