  • Registration forms for children born between 1st April, 2021 and 31st March, 2022 can be filled in Online ONLY for academic session 2025-2026.
  • Completed registration form needs to be submitted latest by 1600 hours on Friday, 20th December 2024.
  • Total number of seats available is 112. [Open seats – 62, Seats under the Disadvantaged groups and Weaker sections - 28 (25% of total seats), Management seats - 22 (20% of total seats)]
  • The Shri Ram School has a split campus. The Junior School is in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi and the Senior School is in DLF Phase III, Gurugram.
  • The Shri Ram School offers ISC/ICSE, CAIE & IB Diploma Programme.
Instructions for filling the Registration Form

Important :

The online registration form will be available from Thursday, 28th November, 2024 to Friday, 20th December, 2024. The last date for receiving all forms is Friday, 20th December 2024 by 1600 hours.
The admission process has been designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to maintain transparency in the admission process. The criteria for admission is as follows:

Alumni of The Shri Ram Schools (Vasant Vihar - Moulsari - Phase III and Phase IV- Aravali)
An individual applying under Alumni category must be a registered (paid) member of the TSRS Alumni Society and must fulfill either of the following criteria:
1. Has studied at The Shri Ram School for a minimum of 5 consecutive years and has been an active participating alumni or
2. Has passed the ISC/IB/NIOS or any other recognized board from The Shri Ram Schools and has been an active participating alumnus

The admission schedule for admissions to Pravesh Vatika (Nursery), 2025-26 is as below
  • Commencement of Admission process and availability of forms: Thursday, 28th November 2024 (0900 hours)
  • Last date of receipt of applications : Friday, 20th December 2024 (1600 hours)
  • Uploading list of children who have applied to the school for admission under Open seats: Friday, 3rd January 2025
  • Uploading marks (as per point system) allotted to each of the children who applied for admission under Open Seats: Friday, 10th January 2025
  • Date of display of eligible candidates for Draw of Lots: Friday, 10th January 2025.
  • 1st Draw of Lots: Tuesday, 14th January 2025.
  • The date of displaying the first list of selected Candidates (Including Waiting List): Friday, 17th January 2025 
    (along with marks allotted under point system).
  • Resolution of queries of parents, if any (by written/ email/ verbal interaction) regarding allotment of points to their wards in the first list: Saturday, 18th January 2025 to Monday, 27th January 2025.
  • The date for displaying the second list of candidates (if any) (Including Waiting List): Monday, 03rd February 2025
    (along with marks allotted under point system).
  • Resolution of queries of parents, if any (by written/ email/ verbal interaction) regarding allotment of points to their wards in the second list: Wednesday, 05th February 2025 to Tuesday, 11th February 2025.
  • Subsequent list of admission, if any: - Wednesday, 26th February 2025.
  • Closure of Admission process: Friday, 14th March 2025.
Guidelines for filling Online Forms
  • This is an electronic registration form for Pravesh Vatika (Nursery). Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid the rejection of your form.
  • Each form will be issued a unique Registration Number after the acceptance of the form. Kindly note the unique registration number or take a print out of the Receipt Page. This serves as a record to know the status of your application and for any further correspondence. (Please have a pen and paper ready with you as you fill the form)
  • The registration form will refresh while it retrieves dynamic data from our database.
  • Do not press the ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or the mouse control for the same.
  • After completing the application form kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM button.
  • To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.
  • All fields are mandatory. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
  • First letter of the name should be capital and rest in small letters.
  • Please enter your email id correctly as you will receive further communication on the address entered.
  • When a user selects values in some list box & radio buttons, the registration form will refresh for retrieving the data from the database. Till refreshing process is completed, the user should not enter or select any data in the registration form as it may lead to loss of entered /selected data.
  • Please note that when you have slow internet connection, the registration form appearance, refreshing of the form and submission of completed forms may take some time, please be patient.
  • The areas/localities/colonies within range for criteria of selection are built in to the system. If you do not find your locality, you may choose the 'Others' category. You will then be able to enter details and the distance from the school campus.
  • An application for admission for a child with disability may be submitted under the general category or the disadvantaged and weaker section. If an application is submitted under the general category, then the procedure laid out for admission for the general category will be applicable. However, if an application is submitted under the disadvantaged group and weaker section, then the procedure laid out for the admission for the disadvantaged group and weaker section will be applicable.
  • In case of twins, both the children will be eligible for securing points for the ‘first born’ criteria.
  • Please have a soft copy (jpeg, jpg or png file; image dimension should follow the following specification - maximum height 430 pixel or 4.47 Inches and width 350 pixel or 3.64 Inches) of a recent photograph of the child and parents, ready to be attached while filling up the form.

Please Note: -
  • School timings for students of Pravesh Vatika (Nursery) for academic session 2025-26 are 0825 hours to 1330 hours.
  • School does not offer transport facility to the students of Pravesh Vatika (Nursery) and Upvan (Kindergarten).
Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents [in original]: Photocopy of the documents to be carried along with originals at the time of the fee submission.
  • Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation
  • Proof of residential address
    i. Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child).
    ii. Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
    iii. Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
    iv. Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
    v. Aadhaar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
    Note: School will also verify the residential address through home visits.
  • In case of sibling applicants: the identity card/admission no of sibling studying in The Shri Ram School whether at the Junior School i.e. Vasant Vihar, the Senior School i.e. DLF Phase III, Moulsari Campus.
  • For proof of first born child: affidavit affirming that the child seeking admission is the first born child.

  • In case of ward of Alumni of The Shri Ram School : Migration Certificate of the alumni parent and Membership number.
  • In case of ward of staff of The Shri Ram School : Employee number of staff/ I-card.
  • In case of twins, if one of the twins is shortlisted in the draw of lots then only will the other be considered under sibling category and not during the submission of the form.
  • Medical Certificate from government hospital or a report of diagnosis from a recognized hospital. (In case of Special Need or/disability)
For Economically Weaker Section/Disadvantaged Group category, forms will be filled online through the link provided on the website of the Directorate of Education (www.edudel.nic.in).

Note:

  • If applications are more than number of seats available in each category, Admission shall be done only by draw of lots/lottery. There will be no screening, written test, interview or profiling of child/parents.
  • Verification of documents will be conducted at the time of depositing the fee.

On filling in the application form once you submit, an OTP shall be sent to your registered email id to proceed further.
